Subprocessors
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. What this page is
TriBalance uses a small number of third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to operate the Service. This page lists each current subprocessor, what it does, and the categories of data it may process. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. Current subprocessors
- Supabase (United States): database hosting, private file storage, and authentication. Processes account data, uploaded trust account records, and generated reports.
- Vercel (United States): application hosting and content delivery. Processes request metadata and serves the application.
- Resend (United States): transactional email and delivery of requested materials, when email delivery is enabled. Processes names and email addresses.
- Stripe (United States): payment processing and subscription billing. Processes billing contact, billing address, and payment card information. TriBalance does not store full payment card numbers.
- Google (United States): Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for site and product usage measurement. Processes pseudonymous device, page, referrer, campaign, and event metadata; TriBalance does not send trust-account record contents or direct identifiers.
Each provider publishes its own security and compliance documentation, which you can review directly on its website.
3. What we do not use
We do not use advertising networks, and no machine-learning provider processes your trust account data. If an optional classification-assistance provider is introduced in the future, it will be listed on this page before it processes any customer data.
4. Changes to this list
We update this page before adding any subprocessor that will process customer trust account data. Material changes are also communicated under the notice provisions of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
